Unless you conquer your fear, the courage in you becomes a sleeping lion.
….. Temitayo Abudu…..
Fear is one of the seven universal emotions experienced by everyone around the world.
Fear arises with the threat of harm, either physical, emotional, or psychological, real, or imagined. While traditionally considered a “negative” emotion, fear serves an important role in keeping us safe as it mobilizes us to cope with potential danger.
I would like to share with you some phobias that affect people daily, some of which are:
Achluophobia – Fear of darkness
Catagelophobia – Fear of being ridiculed
Dystychiphobia – Fear of accidents
Cynophobia – Fear of dogs
Glossophobia – fear of speaking in public
Ophidiophobia – Fear of snakes
Xenophobia -Fear of strangers or foreigners
It is pertinent to know that there are other phobias and steps that you must take to overcome them so as not to stand as an emotional obstruction.
Sincerely I see many people faced with fear as it relates to their daily endeavors ranging from family, career, business, and religion.
It is normal to be afraid, but it is deadly to allow your fear to rule you.
Fear leads to self-pity, self-pity gives birth to low self-esteem and low self-esteem if not properly handled leads to depression and depression can invariably lead to death
Deal with your fear!
Never permit fear controlling your action, see fear as instruction, and let it inform your actions, but not control them.
Surround yourself with people who will push you to overcome the fears that are holding you back from what you want.
Overcoming your fear is not something that will happen in a day, it requires your commitment and positive rascality.
Therefore, giving up is never an option, keep pressing and I assure you that victory is certain.
Above all, fear can limit the blessedness of your greatness if not taken care of on time.
I charge you to face your fear and embrace your freedom.
Thank you for reading through.
